What to see in Bray

Well, first of all, of course, climb Bray Head (241 meters high). From its top, there are magnificent views of the ocean, the city of Bray and the Wicklow Mountains, as well as the highest peak in this area – Sugarloaf.

The ascent route is very simple, you can go with children and dogs (only on leashes). If you go in the hot period, but you need to put on at least a light jacket with long sleeves, because along the path there are a lot of very thorny bushes and you can scratch yourself.

Secondly, after descending from the mountain, you can walk along the sea along the cape, there is a path leading far into the neighboring city. Or you can go down through the forest and go out into the city.

Thirdly, be sure to visit the local pubs, they are much cozier and more comfortable than many Dublin ones.

Also, in Bray there is a small market with souvenirs and handicrafts.

Otherwise, Bray is a lovely coastal town, clean, pretty and quiet. Definitely worth a visit! 🙂
